During my stay at this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. It was beautifully cleaned and maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's convenient location was a major highlight, as it was situated next to the Terukuni Jinja and near the Shiroyama Promenade. I also enjoyed the stunning view of the giant torii from my room on the upper floors. Additionally, it was great to be just a short distance away from the Tenmonkan Dori shopping area and streetcar.
This venue is highly recommended for families, as it offers a range of services and facilities that cater to their needs.

We spent our New Year's holiday in this traditional Japanese-style inn and it was a unique experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable futons to sleep on. The bath was a cedar one and really relaxing. Plus, the hot spring on the premises was a great way to unwind.
The location was quite inconvenient, a bit far from all the shops and sights. It was a struggle to walk there every day.

the location was fantastic with close proximity to the stunning sightseeing points and bustling shopping area. the hotel was our refuge during a snowstorm, and it was a quick hop to the train station. the room and bathroom were traditional yet cozy, and we enjoyed soaking in the onsen. the staff was sweet and hospitable, making us feel welcome despite the language barrier. We relished the delicious breakfast and the impressive view of the giant torii from our room.

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the shopping area, restaurants, and most sightseeing points. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English. The on-site Onsen and hot bath were amazing and had great privacy. Moreover, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was top-notch.
Couldn't stay longer.

Traditional Japanese style room was a unique experience, with large space, and cozy sliding paper screens. Bath on site was convenient and provided more privacy. Staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate.
The hotel is showing some wear and tear and lacks the "shiny" appeal. Limited English spoken by the waiting staff made for difficulties when trying to understand and order meals.
